MEASLES

• It is a viral disease 
• caused by paramaxovirus
• specially childrens under 3-5 year
• no age is immune
• life time immunity after first attack.

SIGN AND SYMPTOMS

• Fever and pain
• rashes ( appear 3-5 days)
• cough
• koplik's spot on 2nd molar tooth
• lacrimation

DIAGNOSIS

• clinical 

TREATMENT

• isolation of patient from normal person
• fluid intake
• pain medication 
• paracetamol
• MMR vaccine given at 15 month
